Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout when available.

We reserve the right to select the carrier if a specific carrier is not guaranteed at checkout.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Require delivery appointments

5. Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier, except where otherwise required by Massachusetts law.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage in transit, but we will reasonably assist in filing carrier claims.


6. Signature Requirement for High-Value Items

For high-value or oversized shipments (including bicycles and e-bikes), a signature may be required upon delivery.

Failure to accept delivery or arrange redelivery may result in additional shipping charges.


7. Oversized Items, Bicycles & Freight Shipments

Oversized items may ship via freight carriers.

For freight deliveries:

  • Delivery appointments may be required.

  • The customer must inspect the shipment upon delivery.

  • Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.

Failure to document freight damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a claim.

Bicycles may arrive partially assembled and may require professional assembly.


8. Hazardous Materials & Battery Shipping

Products containing lithium-ion batteries may:

  • Ship via ground service only

  • Be subject to regulatory shipping restrictions

  • Experience longer processing times

Shipping availability may vary by destination.


9. Incorrect Addresses & Rerouting

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Carrier surcharges for address corrections

  • Failed delivery attempts

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.


10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received:

  • You must notify us within 5 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

  • Provide order details and any required documentation.

  • Cooperate with any carrier investigation.

Failure to report issues within 5 days may limit our ability to assist with replacement or refund.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered unless proven otherwise through carrier investigation.


11. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused without prior authorization:

  • Return shipping and carrier fees may be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


12. Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. You will not be charged additional shipping unless disclosed at checkout.


13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Labor disputes
