6. Signature Requirement for High-Value Items
For high-value or oversized shipments (including bicycles and e-bikes), a signature may be required upon delivery.
Failure to accept delivery or arrange redelivery may result in additional shipping charges.
7. Oversized Items, Bicycles & Freight Shipments
Oversized items may ship via freight carriers.
For freight deliveries:
Delivery appointments may be required.
The customer must inspect the shipment upon delivery.
Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.
Failure to document freight damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a claim.
Bicycles may arrive partially assembled and may require professional assembly.
8. Hazardous Materials & Battery Shipping
Products containing lithium-ion batteries may:
Ship via ground service only
Be subject to regulatory shipping restrictions
Experience longer processing times
Shipping availability may vary by destination.
9. Incorrect Addresses & Rerouting
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
Carrier surcharges for address corrections
Failed delivery attempts
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.
Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received:
You must notify us within 5 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
